Our approach to your loan is based on our years of experience in underwriting and securing loans for our clients. Many times borrowers are provided loans that don’t have good underwriting for the long term.  Your personal financial condition can always be changed by you but it can also be changed by circumstances totally out of your control. We find many of the problems and concerns of borrowers today are the result of circumstances that are not related to anything the borrower has created.  Our economy is changing and we must change our financial obligations to reflect these changes.

Our submission to your lender will be underwritten and presented in a clear and concise format. The old saying “it’s not what you say but how you say it” is very true in the mortgage industry.  This is our opportunity to present your loan in the most favorable format for the lender to consider.  We use every tool available to make our presentation clear, concise and to the point. Lenders are overwhelmed with loan problems and we make every effort to streamline their job for a quick response.

Once you have submitted the following items to us:

Third Party Authorization
Income and Expenses
Two Months Bank Statements
Hardship Letter

We underwrite your financials and assess your loan request.  We then notify you if we can complete the transaction. If we determine we cannot complete the transaction we will explain your alternatives and you will not be charged.

We will explain the complete process and all of our procedures as the initial loan file is being set up. During this set up period we can arrange for you to have a free 30 minute consultation with one of our attorneys.  This will give you a chance to explore all the legal alternatives you have available. 

After you have executed our agreement for financial services your fee is paid into an escrow account. During this time we offer a free 30 minute consultation with one of the attorneys we use. We encourage you to take advantage of our free 30 minute consultation.

After we have completed our underwriting and submitted your loan package to your lender we notify you and our fee is released from escrow.  The balance of our fee is not earned until we complete the loan request with your lender.  Please give us a call at 1-888-281-4911 to get started or complete the online inquiry and we will respond within 24 hours.
